Wallander

 Sound:

As the car is going over the top of the car with the two people walking away, there is a sound that is crated. This sound is non-digetic as  it was added to it. The sound is swishing when you hear it creates an image that you're being sucked into which could be sucked into the plot line. I think the editor was trying to create as after that image, you are then presented with two people who are walking away.

The opening scene you are shown an establishing shot. The camera at first is at a high angle of  the water, this makes you confused as you don't know where this is being set. The land looks deserted and we knw this by the camera panning up on this. They make the audience look carefully as if they are paying attention they can see there is a car in the background.
When you see the taxi driver with in the car, you can hear a crackerling of the radio whic is digetic sound. This is then followed by the movement of his eye or finger. The sound during this part symbolises that he is dying but not yet dead.

When looking at this picture you are presented with two women, they are both not looking towards the camera which shows they are trying to hide their identity. The two characters are both wearing black, blackness gives their identity as quite dangerous and fearful. If you look in detail you can see that she has a red strand of hair, red is thought to be  a dangerous colour which shows that she shouldn't be messed with.
